At Spring Grove Flooring & More, we stand behind our work and materials. Your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of flooring materials and installations, all deposits are non-refundable once work begins or materials are ordered.

Completed Services

Once a project is finished, refunds are not issued. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and will do everything possible to ensure your project meets your expectations.

Workmanship Issues

If you experience a problem with our installation or workmanship, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work with you to make it right, including repairs or adjustments if applicable.
