1. Services

Spring Grove Flooring & More provides flooring installation, repair, and related services, including but not limited to luxury vinyl plank (LVP), flooring preparation, and finishing work.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and material availability.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection or consultation.

• Prices may change due to material cost increases, unforeseen subfloor issues, or changes requested by the customer.

• Written estimates are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.

• Additional work not included in the original estimate will be quoted separately.

3. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Late or unpaid balances may result in work stoppage or additional fees.

• All sales are final once materials are ordered or installation has begun.

4. Scheduling & Delays

• Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and project readiness.

• Delays may occur due to weather, material delays, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer, third parties, or suppliers.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the work area

• Remove personal belongings prior to installation

• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas

• Disclose known subfloor, moisture, or structural issues

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Subfloor & Site Conditions

• Existing subfloor conditions may affect installation.

• Any hidden damage (rot, moisture, uneven surfaces, etc.) discovered during work will be discussed and may require additional labor or materials.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Materials & Product Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply to flooring materials.

• Spring Grove Flooring & More does not manufacture flooring products and is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

• Warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s policies.

8. Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship for a reasonable period after installation, excluding:

• Damage caused by misuse, water intrusion, improper maintenance, or structural movement

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or labor is scheduled.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the company’s discretion.

10. Liability Limitation

Spring Grove Flooring & More is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of use of the property

• Damage caused by conditions outside our control

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

11. Photos & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

12. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Spring Grove Flooring & More and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
